Kristiansund - Ålesund express (one way)

Kristiansund - Molde - Ålesund

This trip goes from Kristiansund to Ålesund via Frei, Batnfjorden and Molde. Along the route you can enjoy the beautiful mountain and fjord landscape. 

The bus has a short stop in Molde. Please do not leave the bus at this stop.

From Molde the bus continues via Vestnes and Sjøholt to Ålesund. The trip includes a ferry ride that offers a great view back on Molde and to the surrounding mountains. You can leave the bus during the ferry ride to enjoy the view or visit the ferry’s kiosk or use the bathroom facilities.
Ålesund is the largest town in Møre and Romsdal county. The town is known for its art noveau buildings and offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants/cafés and actitivies. 

If you have time, you must walk up to the Aksla “town mountain” and Fjellstua. There are stairs up from the town centre, with view points and benches on the way up. From the top you can see the whole town, in addition to the fjord and islands around Ålesund. Another popular place to visit is the aquarium at Atlanterhavsparken.

When you book this trip, you will receive an e-mail with a ticket that is valid for the whole trip. You will also receive a tour description that contains detailed information about departure times and where you must change to another bus, boat of ferry – when applicable. About our trips

This is a “Travel like the locals” tour. The tours use public transport, i.e. regular buses, ferries and boats, but we have done the planning for you so that you can concentrate on enjoying your trip. You travel on your own - there is no guide or tour leader.
